Shipping

All items are shipped through Royal Mail and require a signature when delivered.

Collection:

  • Collection is from Oldham OL2. Please contact us via email or socials (see below for contact info) to arrange date and time for collection. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection, please bare in mind our turnaround time.

Royal Mail 2nd class signed for:

  • 2nd class signed for parcels can take 2-3 days for delivery from dispatch. You pay £4.00 and this covers post and packaging. 

Royal Mail INTERNATIONAL tracked and signed for:

  • International parcel can take 3-7 days for delivery from dispatch. You pay £9.00 and this covers post and packaging.

Please note we are not liable for missing or damaged packages once they have been sent out. Our nails sets are always sent out in perfect condition and packaged securely. Contact Royal Mail for any issues regarding missing or damaged parcels. 

Turnaround Time

Our current turn around time is anything between 0 to 2 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your order.  This can be longer due to busy periods, please bare with us we are a very small business and hand paint our items individually to your order.

Products

  • Temporary drops are released occasionally throughout the year so keep an eye out on our socials for what drop is coming next ...

  • Once a drop has finished the designs in that drop WILL NOT be repeated. 

  • Glasses are HAND WASH ONLY. Please take care with your items.

  • Engraving is an added cost so you need to add engraving to your cart if you want your personalisation engraved instead of handprinted. 

Returns policy

Unfortunately due to hygiene and the fact our products/materials cannot be resold or reused we are unable to accept returns for refunds or replacements. Only in extra special circumstances will we negotiate over email or dm on social media.

We will do our best as a small business to protect your personal data and adhere to GDPR  regulations however we may disclose your personal information to any trusted member of our business or our selected courier service. 

Social Media

We reserve the right to take pictures/videos of each order and store this content. The content will be used across all of our social media platforms which we would be very grateful if you could share. If you love your product we would appreciate if you could leave us a review via the reviews page or through our socials. If you choose to upload any images of your product to your own social media please kindly tag us @paintedbylivwrig and use the hashtag #paintedbylivwrig.
